NESW Management Support Services continues to work along side Classic Builders on the Redruth project.

The scheme consists of nine one-bedroom flats, one-bedroom bungalow, 19 two-bedroom houses, 18 three-bedroom houses, 3 four-bedroom houses and one five-bedroom house.
 

The timber frame works are near to completion, followed by the traditional units that are soon to be roofed. Main Facades finishes have now commenced followed by main scaffold strike works. 

The internal 1st fix trades are progressing through the houses, and drylining and plastering trades following on throughout the project.

Great effort by the Project Team, high standards and programme leadership continues to be their number one Goal!

NESW Management Support Services have continued to work along side Classic Builders to deliver the long awaited 46 affordable homes that ranges from 1 to 3 bedroom homes, including 2 disabled properties.

We are pleased to announce that 29 out of the 46 units have been successfully handed over to the Treveth Team, of which is a great achievement!

Collaborative working between Classic Builders, Treveth Homes, Ward William Associates, KTA Architects, MBA Engineering Consultants and our dedicated Subcontractor Supply Chain!

Phase 2 and 3 are in their final stages and will soon follow for all to see and enjoy this fantastic project as a whole! 

NESW Management Support Services are pleased to working along side Classic Builders on the Redruth project.

Classic Builders have now taken over the site from what was Midas Construction, and we are looking forward to completing this fifty two plot development with its mixture of between one to five bedroom properties for Cornwall Council. 

General surveys are well under way to establish the condition of the works that we have inherited, such as drainage, foundations, and ground floor slabs. We have also begun excavations for storm tanks which will be ongoing over the next few months.

Since the beginning of February, NESW Management Support Services have been working with Classic Builders - Maudlin Farm project team, to deliver this long awaited 46 affordable homes that ranges from 1 to 3 bedroom homes, including 2 disabled properties.

Collaborative working between Classic Builders, Treveth Homes, Ward William Associates, KTA Architects, MBA Engineering Consultants and the Subcontractor Supply Chain.

Phase 1 is in its final stages and will soon be handed over to Treveth Homes.

The building has performed well over the last 14 months, of which is a true testimony to all the people that helped build this iconic Care Home!

 Falmouth Court Completion Event

We are pleased to announce that the Falmouth Court Care Home, for Barchester Health Care is finally finished.

Due to Covid and Midas Construction going into liquidation, the Falmouth Court project has faced many challenges over the last three years.

This stunning luxury care home now offers residential and dementia care services, including a respite service to those who require a short stay only.

Our thanks to the existing and current Subcontractor Supply Chain, including the historical Midas Management Team who helped construct and complete this iconic building.

Our thanks to Grant Jensen at Barchester Health Care, Craig Lavery and Jason Swithenbank and their team at Holden & Lee Construction Consultants, including Stewart Growcott and his team at Harness M&E Consultants for all their support whilst we managed the remaining building works.
